What are SRT Xformer classes?

Developed in Los Angeles, Slow Resistance Training is a low-impact, high-intensity, full-body workout on the patented Xformer: it builds lean muscle, burns fat and improves balance and flexibility. Time-under-tension does the work, so you only need 45 minutes.

Is SRT similar to Pilates or Lagree?

The archetypal Pilates reformer inspired many methods. Those from the same lineage are inevitably similar, and excellent.

How often should I attend?

Xformer: three to four classes a week to see the shred. Listen to your body; rest matters too. Yoga: feel the effects and decide for yourself.

Lockers and showers?

A changing room with cubbies, no locks, so leave valuables at home. There are no showers; Palais Renaissance and Millenia Walk have restrooms on every level.
